Essential Functions and Duties: Accurately prepare outgoing mail Safely and efficiently utilize commercial printing/folding/metering equipment Scan and upload documents and faxes Find and fix recurring issues while making minor policy changes in a customized software program Work in a self-directed manner, identifying what needs to be taken care of and following through
Qualifications: Familiarity with Microsoft products, ability to type and use a 10-key 1-3 years customer service, administrative, or mail room experience preferred Well-organized with excellent attention to detail Ability to provide unparalleled customer service Get in touch!
