The Distribution Supervisor is a key position within Warehouse Operations, with the responsibility to ensure the timely picking and distribution of customer sales orders while maintaining appropriate priority to schedule. This role has responsibility for the leadership of all related training, staff, schedules, and equipment for the Distribution portion of Warehouse Operations. This role is required to provide staffing supervision, scheduling, assure procedural compliance, safety, and disciplinary actions as required and remain compliant with regulations and assure cost effective and timely deliveries.
The role works collaboratively with key business partners to ensure effective practices are implemented and clearly documented. Interacting with Customer Care, Commercial, Sales, Finance, Planning, and Operations to identify and meet business requirements. The role also works closely with other global partners to ensure end-to-end supply chain execution and consistency in approach.
