Your Role:

 

The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all activities are carried out in a timely, efficient, and safe manner. This role involves supervising staff, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

 

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team, including receiving, warehousing, and shipping operationsEnsure accurate inventory records are maintainedDevelop and implement efficient processes and procedures to improve operational efficiencyEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all distribution activitiesTrain, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance performance and productivityCollaborate with other departments, such as, CPM, and Planning to ensure timely product availability and deliveryAnalyze performance metrics and prepare reports for management regarding distribution operationsAddress and resolve any issues that arise during the distribution process, including customer complaints and logistical challenges

 

Physical Attributes:

 

You will be working in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels

 

Who You Are:

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

2+ years experience in a warehouse or distribution environment High School Diploma or GED

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related Business Discipline  Previous GMP experienceStrong organizational and leadership skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.2+ years working in SAP EWM
