**Due to the nature of the work, this position is an IN OFFICE position working in the Lincoln Square office building**

Starting pay range for this hourly position: $18 - $22


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.    Commit to Performance Based Organization (PBO) & Easy to Do Business with (ETDBW) philosophy.
2.    Maintain professional contact/communication with other departments/Leadership. 
3.    Display and explain performance data to team members to aid in the evaluation of team members and feedback.
4.    Provide input to supervisor & team members in regards to performance reviews.
5.    Lead and supervise team in absence of departmental management.
6.    Organize and oversee workflow, ensuring daily/weekly/monthly goals are achieved and functions are processed accurately and timely.
7.    Coordinate training, cross-training, and mentoring support to the team.
8.    Serve as a subject matter expert within area and liaison between Supervisor, team, and other departments with regard to resolving problems and/or issues, while assuring open communication lines.
9.    Develop team members’ skills and aiding in the process of career planning.
10.    Perform designated quality control functions to minimize department risks and provide feedback to Supervisor, utilizing real time systems and statistical data (productivity and error rates).
11.    Prepare periodic and special reports utilizing statistical data (productivity rates, error rates, liability, work guides, workflow, and various month end reports).
12.    Lead and/or participate in special projects and other duties assigned.
13.    Facilitate and lead team meetings.
14.    Foster an innovative environment by contributing to continuous process improvements.


EDUCATION: 
Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s in Business or Accounting preferred.

EXPERIENCE: 
2-3 years customer service, general office, accounting and quality assurance experience preferred.
