**Main Purpose of the Job:** + Responsible for the Innovation and Renovation of Nestle Distributor Business Model to Effectively Support NPI Channel and Category Strategies **Key Responsibilities:** + Development of Distributor Supply Chain Systems, Standards and Tools + Distributor HR Standards Development - i.e. Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Distributor Field Sales Capability (OAA), Manning Standards, TNA and FGD + Development of relevant route-to-market models + Development of Relevant and Sustainable Distributor Financial Framework and Supporting Tools + Conduct Benchmarking Activities among Competitors in the Local and Foreign Markets
