Обязанности: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to recruit, onboard, and manage distributors in Central Asia; Identify and evaluate potential distributors based on predefined criteria and strategic alignment; Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and potential regions for distributor expansion; Provide training, support, and resources to empower distributors to effectively market and sell PEP products; Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, DX, SC and Finance teams to align distributor strategies with overall company goals; Establish strong relationships with key distributor partners and manage ongoing communications to foster engagement and resolve any issues; Monitor and analyze distributor performance against predefined KPIs and take corrective actions as needed; Conduct regular (quarterly based) Distributors assessment and control the implementation of the action plans by RSMs; Ensure compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements; Create and deliver presentations, reports, and updates on distributor development progress to senior management. Требования: Higher education; Work experience in FMCG sector in a similar position from 4 years; Proven track record of successfully expanding distributor networks and achieving sales targets; Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; Ability to travel extensively to meet with distributors and explore new markets; Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Strategic thinking and a results-driven mindset.
