About the Role

This position is responsible for executing initiatives that engage AIA PH Life Planners and Agency Leaders, in order to reach existing customers, maximize resell and improve persistency.

The individual in this role will support the Distributor Engagement Lead in planning and managing activities and incentive campaigns targeting distribution partners, with the objective of:
• Maximizing awareness of customer campaigns and offers, and knowledge of the tools available for distribution to access such offers
• Growing distributor access and utilization of leads and customer offers to acquire new customers, grow Vitality enrollment & activation, improve existing customer engagement, increase cross sell and upsell, prevent lapse / attrition, and win back attrited / lapsed customers

The individual in this role must grow distributor engagement in campaigns launched, in order to maximize results.
