About the Role
This position is responsible for executing initiatives that engage AIA PH Life Planners and Agency Leaders, in order to reach existing customers, maximize resell and improve persistency.The individual in this role will support the Distributor Engagement Lead in planning and managing activities and incentive campaigns targeting distribution partners, with the objective of:
• Maximizing awareness of customer campaigns and offers, and knowledge of the tools available for distribution to access such offers
• Growing distributor access and utilization of leads and customer offers to acquire new customers, grow Vitality enrollment & activation, improve existing customer engagement, increase cross sell and upsell, prevent lapse / attrition, and win back attrited / lapsed customers
The individual in this role must grow distributor engagement in campaigns launched, in order to maximize results.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Distributor education – Partner with the distribution channels’ training / learning academy teams to develop modules and materials that will inform distributors on what Marketing campaigns are available for new customer acquisition, Vitality enrollment & activation, existing customer engagement, retention, and cross sell / upsell; where and how to access these leads and campaigns; and how to report sales and engagement actions takenDistributor communications – Create announcements, memos and activities to launch new initiatives and campaigns; leverage distributor communication channels to release campaign updates and reminders to maximize awareness and keep campaigns top of mind among distributors. Highlight success stories, foster competitive spirit, and create buzz and excitement around customer campaigns.Incentives & engagement – together with the Distributor Engagement Lead, conceptualize incentive promos aimed at growing and sustaining distributor utilization of customer campaigns. Ensure mechanics maximize ANP and/or VoNB contribution, while minimizing expense. Build business cases for these promos to demonstrate business impact and financial viability, and secure necessary approvals. Partner with internal and external parties to enable seamless reward fulfillment for distributors that qualify for incentives.Distributor performance tracking – Partner with data and distribution teams to create dashboards and reporting that provide distribution with the information needed to drive increased action and activity among distributors. Ensure data accuracy and timely updates. Leveraging data, engage in regular performance review discussions with sales leaders to build and sustain a sense of urgency around leads and campaigns.
Marketing & Distribution Steerco – provide support in the monthly Marketing and Distribution Steerco that brings together key leaders from both teams to jointly review campaign and lead utilization and the resulting business contribution, as well as align on opportunities that will be jointly pursued to improve performance and grow contributions moving forward.
Financial Management – Partner with relevant teams to size budget required to fund covered rebranding activities and present to relevant approvers to secure funding. Once implementation commences, monitor spend to ensure actual expenses do not exceed approved budgets.
Risk Management – Ensure proper risk assessments are done on all activities under their remit, establish controls for any risk/s identified, and ensure such controls are properly and consistently implemented by the team.Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or another related fieldAt least 3 years’ experience managing distributor rewards and incentives, particularly in the insurance industryStrong Verbal and Written Communication Skills (writing, proofreading, layout and design)Excellent presentation public speaking skillsStrong organizational and planning skills with keen eye for detail and time managementSelf-motivated and collaborativeBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
