Learn more about working with us at topconcareers.com **For the expansion of our sales activities within the subsidiary** **Topcon** **Positioning Belgium** , **we are looking for** **a** **Sales Manager who will be responsible for the South Belgium region + Luxembourg** Independent home office position with travel throughout the South Belgium region and Luxembourg **Main Tasks** The Sales Manager for the South Belgium region is responsible for: + Maintaining relationships with our potential distribution partners, + The development and implementation of sales strategies, + The increase of sales + The efficient distribution of our products on the market **You will be responsible for the following tasks within the company:** + Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase sales through distributors in assigned territory. + Maintain relationships with distributors, including: + Regular communication, + training + Support to ensure their success in promoting and selling our products + Identifying and seeking new distributors and partnerships to increase sales in the marketplace. + Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities and challenges and develop solutions to drive sales growth. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations and finance to ensure effective distribution of products to customers. + Track market trends, competitive activity and customer feedback to develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition and optimize sales efforts. + Report regularly to senior management on sales performance, market trends and key sales related indicators. + Build and maintain close relationships with key customers and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. **Skills and Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in retail or similar field. + Minimum of 5 years proven experience in retail product sales. + A solid experience in sales of distribution products. + Knowledge and/or experience in the world of surveying and machine control would be an advantage. + Proven management skills + The ability to build and maintain close relationships with partners. + Sound experience in achieving sales targets through distribution networks. + Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt own rhetoric to suit the audience. + A good handle on interpersonal relationships, + A strong ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners and end customers. + Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and build relationships with sales partners. + Good ability to analyse sales data, market trends and customer responses to develop sales strategies and plans. + Excellent ability to work independently in an ever-changing environment, manage time effectively and prioritize. + Ability to work in a remote team to foster collaboration and support each other and share experiences. + Knowledge of topography and machine control is an advantage. + **Fluent French language is required for the job** + **English good level for working inside TOPCON** + Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. + Willingness to travel to the assigned region as required, possibly with decoupling **What we offer:** + Attractive salary with a lot of benefits + Pension plan + Health insurance (with Dental Care) + 40 hour working week with 32 holidays + Company car + PC and mobile phone + Actual reimbursement of costs against proof **We are Topcon (https://www.topconpositioning.com/) .** We collaborate, create and distribute disruptive technologies that help businesses flourish through improved processes, machine automation and data services.
