District Loss Prevention Manager
As the District Loss Prevention Manager - Spain, you will support the EU/UK Loss Prevention & Safety Manager to identify and reduce losses caused by process and dishonesty.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responding to all store incident reports and use the incident reports to identify patterns/trends – days, times, stock type, descriptions of suspects.CCTV monitoring and reviewing to identify external theft.Identify prolific offenders through store visits, liaise with centre security and other brand store Loss Prevention/guarding e.g. Nike.Build cases of external theft, identifying repeat and travelling offenders.Report external theft cases to EJASO for prosecution providing CCTV and all evidence required.Work with guards in store to reduce loss – training, SLA expectations and to assist with identifying offenders.Work with DSMs and stores sharing knowledge of offenders complying with Spanish data protection law (GDPR).Conduct regular LP audits to maintain a high standard of process and procedure ensuring losses by process are kept at a minimum.Identify and report on potential internal theft, providing the necessary evidence.Follow up on requests for information from the LP Analyst regarding transaction data and exception reporting e.g. refund checking.Assist with Bulk Counts, Target Counts and YE Inventory.Assist with NSOs ensuring all LP Equipment is operational.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Commercial experience, ideally within Retail.Proven experience within a Compliance/Loss Prevention role.Previous knowledge of key shrink and loss causes.Previous experience in dealing with external offenders and building evidence.Proficient in reviewing, analysing and evaluating data to present factors related to shrink.Experience of using data mining to identify potential loss and dishonesty.Proficient in MS-Office, with strong Excel skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills, both in English and Spanish, with the ability to understand and deliver information concisely and accurately.Must possess strong organisational and time management skills, an eye for detail and the ability to prioritise workload.Self-starter with a high level of initiative who can suggest new ways of working.Ability to display a high degree of professionalism, tact and diplomacy.Occasional travel to other countries may be required.
