Our District Manager supervises and oversees the operations of retail repair shops within a certain region. Their main duties include hiring and training store managers, collaborating with managers to set goals for each store and communicating and enforcing customer policies to managers and team members. Ensuring quality consistency across the district and increasing sales and profitability in their area.

Qualifications:
Five or more years of experience in multi-unit district managementAuto repair shop management position or equivalent business experience in the automotive industryPrevious experience in managing and coaching team members to success through effective communication; business development and strategy implementation knowledgeProblem-solving using analytical, creative, and critical-thinking skillsProven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with clearly defined goalsProven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales and profit goalsFlexibility to adapt to changes in business operationsPrevious experience as an Automotive Technician or similar position preferred, but not requiredPossess valid state driver’s licenseAbility to work a minimum of five days, Monday-Friday
