District Manager GOGAS

Report To: Regional Director East

FLSA Status: Exempt

 

Position Summary

GOGAS District Manager is responsible for the oversight of the GOGAS properties and their Supervisors, Managers, and Associates. This person is responsible for all Day-to-Day operations, working with supervisors and Managers. Operations to include, Interviewing, hiring, and training staff along with overseeing and conducting monthly audits, reviewing monthly sales goals, P&L review and ensuring compliance of all company policies.

 

Responsibilities

Hiring responsibilities of Managers for all locations, direct interaction with SupervisorsReview monthly audits and conduct audits as needed.Training and developing supervisory staff.Regular meetings and rides with supervisor’s engaging managers.Work with managers and supervisors to achieve monthly sales goals.Work with vendors to control costs.Maintain preventative maintenance of stores.Ensure proper training of all team members working with QTR staff.Conduct meetings with staff and managers to ensure consistent message on company policies.Operations, review monthly and daily reports for store accountability.

 

Requirements

5+ years in regional/district retail managementC-Store experience is preferred.Must have strong attention to detail.Strong communication and training skills.Strong leadership development skills.Must be able to lift 30 + pounds.Must be able to sit, stand, walk, climb steps, bend, twist, reach, stoop and squat.Must be computer literate and familiar with basic operating skillsMust be able to perform repetitive workMust be excellent customer serviceMust have good driving record.Complete any other duties assigned by leadership.
