District Manager
Insight Global
A gas and oil company is looking for a District Manager in the Hays, KS area. They will be responsible for the profit management of the retail operations over 10-12 stores. They will be expected to increase store food service, fuel, and sales at all locations. Their responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversight for all profit and loss performance of territory - Implement and monitor all long and short term retail market plans to maximize convenience store business goals
- Analyze KPI's: sales and revenue generation, branding and store image, and overall strategy
- Analyze sales data and inventory for audits
- Create day to day action plans and address all in store challenges
Assist in recruiting and hiring of staff - this includes all development of members as well (through constructive feedback and mentorship) - Understand, communicate, and abide by compliance policies for all leases
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships
*Company car and gas card provided Company laptop and phone provided Eligible for quarterly bonus
