Job Description
Overall Purpose/RolesDistrict Manager role is responsible in directing a group of sales representatives in meeting and exceeding sales objectives, increasing market share growth of product line, representing and promoting the company; within specified activity, managing Sales Plan and Expenditures Sales Activity Customer Relationship and Distributor relationship, and ensuring our company can achieve their goals as plan effectively and efficiently with maximizing sales functions.
Our Sales team support our customers by providing clinical information about products, educational information, clinical training programs and resources. We support healthcare providers and healthcare systems meet the goals of the patients in their communities.
Specific Roles and ResponsibilitiesSales Plan and Expenditures
Creating sales plan and strategy in their District to penetrate the marketDoing Marketing strategy to be tactical plan and setting target of sales reps based on district, channel and productsPrepare guidance for Sales Reps to execute sales planBuilding and executing business plan that maximize business opportunities
Sales Activity
Implement marketing programs accordingly. Direct the development of sales plan, strategies, objectives, budget, policies and procedures that conform to marketing objectives.Selling the product portfolioCreating Demand from every channel businessBusiness intelligence and gathering data for market analysisEnsure sell out from distributorMonitoring performance of Product Specialist/Medical RepresentativeMonitoring trade program (discount, promo, etc)Evaluation and problem solving for every challenge that faced by Product Specialist/Medical RepresentativesDevelop relationships and maintain an active presence in the healthcare community and associated organizationSupport marketing for marketing activities such as event.
Customer and Distributor Relationship
Controlling stock data in their district, number of visit, and sales performance within their districtBuilding and maintaining relationship with customers.
Other
Developing people (Product Specialist/Medical Representative) to be fit on competency and to upscale their performance.Working Relationship

Sales Team, Helping to coach & train sales teamMarketing Team, helping to execute marketing planMedical Team, Provide medical knowledge & medical journal for internal & external stakeholdersHR Team, to build & develop of sales teamQualifications & Skills:Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in communication or Medical relatedMinimum 2 years as Senior Product Specialist or Supervisor (Coordinator) preferably having experience in pharmaceutical industryStrong written and verbal communications skills (both in English and Indonesia language)Demonstrates initiative, strategic thinking and creative problem solving in response to the communications challenges and opportunitiesExcellent project management skillsAttention to detailAbility to work effectively under intense stress and pressure especially in a crisis/issueUndergoes on-going media training to maintain skills Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and health issues Strong on Medical communication phraseWilling to be placed around Indonesia
