As the District Operations Manager for our Omaha team, you will be the strategic force behind operational excellence across both Sales and Production operations. Job Duties: How You Win Everyday + Lead from the front. Directly manage and coach a team of frontline Sales and Production professionals. Set clear expectations, drive accountability, and create a culture of ownership and pride in performance. + Drive sales execution. Train and coach our Garage Gurus to meet and exceed key metrics. + Ensure operational success. Oversee day-to-day job execution in the field. Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards. + Champion the customer experience. Monitor homeowner feedback, resolve escalations, and coach team members to take personal responsibility for every interaction. + Think systematically. Identify efficiencies, propose improvements, and collaborate with leadership to evolve how we operate as we grow. Qualifications: What You Offer + Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience; operations leadership preferred. + Proven experience leading frontline teams with a strong focus on execution, development, and results. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively. + A natural sense of urgency, adaptability, and confidence in fast-paced environments. + Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, motor vehicle record and felony/misdemeanor background check.
