EquipmentShare is Hiring a District Operations Manager 

EquipmentShare is searching for an experienced Regional Director of Advanced Solutions to support our business relating to Pump, Power, HVAC, and Tooling. 

This region includes but is not limited to Advanced Solutions markets in California, Washington and Oregon.

Pay range: 120,000 - 150,000 (base + bonus plan)

Primary Responsibilities Work collaboratively with other EquipmentShare team members to build and nurture existing customer relationships. Supports the region with training, identifying opportunities and engineering jobsite layouts Serve as an expert and advocate for the EquipmentShare Pump, Power, HVAC, and Tooling divisions Provide technical support and manage various projects and efforts Work with branch personnel to ensure projects are accurately planned, delivered, and mobilized Travel required across the state/region About You

Skills & Qualifications Past experience in Pump, Power, HVAC and Tooling required. Ability to train, coach and mentor current employees in their roles.  Must be comfortable recommending products and building opportunity pipelines.  Must have excellent communications skills. Must have the energy and drive necessary to help build processes from scratch. At least 15 years of prior Pump, Power, HVAC and Tooling experience required. Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship of a Visa

Physical Requirements: 

Must be able to travel frequently, must be able to sit, stand, and stoop for periods of time, Ability to be in extreme weather conditions for a period of time and must be able to lift 30+ pounds.
