District PRO Services Manager - South Florida

Purpose:

This position reports to the Divisional Vice President, with a dotted line to the Senior Director of PRO Services. The primary responsibility of the Director of Regional PRO Services will be to lead and execute the PRO Premier and CARE sales model in their designated region. This position will serve as a close partner to the SDROs and vital link between the stores and their SSC partners.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

Three+ years of relevant experience in progressively responsible sales leadership roles within retail required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the CompanyMust possess leadership and communication abilities to drive ideas across their divisionClear and concise communicator accomplished at executing strategy and building consensus without direct authorityAbility to analyze sales data and develop recommendations and strategic solutionsAbility to lead and influence changeDemonstrated retail sales experience with an emphasis on influential leadership and improving productivity, service, and quality in a sales environmentProven management of multiple, concurrent, organization wide projects with significant sales impactExceptional presentation skillsAbility to work collaborativelyProven problem-solving and team building skillsExcellent organizational, planning, prioritization and time management skillsAbility to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment

Essential Job Functions:

Understand and effectively communicate the PRO Premier strategies to educate, train, and drive execution.High understanding of F&D products and ability to train F&D associates on the utility of those products. In-store training on processes and tools to enable Floor & Decor stores to deliver a consistent, “best in class” sales experience, driving sales.Increase sales, average ticket and conversion by driving higher performance through our PRO Premier teams.Consistently review key performance indicators to identify and address opportunities for improvement.SME in Sales Force and ability to look at business trends and actions and recommend strategic changes based on evaluation of metrics.Drive results by utilizing defined metrics and influence management; champion and influence productivity associated with all specialty programsAct as a coach to store leadership and as a resource to each store employee to inspire and promote the success of each storeContinuously drive sales results through team engagement, empowerment and accountability

Working Conditions (travel &  environment)

Approximately 80%+ travel required, including overnight air and car travel.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles.  The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate.

Physical/Sensory Requirements

Sedentary Work – Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.  Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
