To implement the preset financial targets, productivity standards, market focus & share objectives, and the customer’s satisfaction & loyalty objectives in compliance way.

Key Accountabilities:
Achieve NRC Goal as per Sales Program GuidelineAchieve Sales Productivity Requirement as per Sales Program GuidelineEnsure Qualified and Quantified Target and Prospect Accounts in Sales PipelineNew Logo & New Business Focus and Target as per Sales Program GuidelineParticipate in the creation of value-added solutions for customer's logistics needs, including supporting diagrams and cost-benefit calculationsSupport the transition of new accounts through customer introductions, information transfer, and securing any necessary customer paperwork. When needed, support AR (accounts receivable) collection.Support and contribute on company’s sales initiatives (Vertical market development, Non-TPS lane development, IB lane development, J/T/KBDM joint sell)Manage an assigned territory and demonstrate extensive knowledge of potential customers and competitors in this area:Full coverage of the assigned territory with deep penetration to dig out the full potential.
