Job Description:

The District Sales Manager (DSM) position will be responsible for directing the field sales efforts in assigned area. The DSM will perform direct selling activities and demand creation as well as coaching, teaching and managing a team of dealers. Provide leadership and vision for the dealers in the district. Administer terral seed sales policies and programs to meet sales and profit goals for the district.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement sales strategy in an assigned territory in accordance with a business plan.

· Find and exploit new opportunities in the market whilst maintaining the existing business (develop & Managing Dealer & Chanel)

· Work closely with the country management team including R&D and Marketing to develop, implement and follow up business plans and objectives.

· Lead, coach and monitor sales team including Commission Agent in an assigned territory by providing guidance, feedback, and direction to ensure successful performance.

· Ensure all sales activities complied with related internal and external policy, regulations and core value

· Serve as “point person” with all customers and ability to handle day to day issues i.e. shipping, allocations, and inventory management on all products in the district.

Qualifications

· Must be minimum bachelor’s degree from Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing or related major.

· Must be willing to be located in designated area

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in business agriculture (Sales & Marketing)

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

· Strong leadership and team management skills

· Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
