This role is field-based covering our London stores.
What we’re looking for:
Numerate and analytical with an eye for detail.
Articulate with excellent writing and presentation skills.
Discreet, professional with good communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to work on own initiative.
Exceptionally well-organised, and efficient with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Experience in retail with a solid understanding of best practices.
Experience in leading teams through effective performance management.
Ability to build strong teams through effective talent planning.
Ability to travel by all travel means (car, bus, train and plane) based on business necessity.
Good underdtsnaing of business trends and the current market.
Valid driver’s license is required.
