DISTRICT SALES MANAGER - MARINE (AR, TN, MO, SOUTHERN IL & WESTERN KY)
\nWe are looking for a District Sales Manager who will be tasked with managing a group of dealers to deliver dollar-per-unit growth by product line through successful wholesale. As part of your role, you’ll be influencing dealer retail activities through in-store unit best practices in ways that also contribute to dealer loyalty. You’ll be at the forefront of driving growth at BRP.
\nYOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
\n\n\nDevelop and execute a per-product strategic sales plan to deliver district sales targets by engaging dealers in BRP programs and influencing dealer behaviors through BRP’s four key Unit Best Practices (Inventory Management, Sales Process, Retail Environment, Product Training)
\n\n\n\n\nOutline and accomplish specific action plans for key Focus Dealers to achieve amplified dollar-per-unit targeted lift by influencing dealers into adopting BRP’s four key best practices
\n\n\nReach certification quarterly targets to improve retail customer experience along with network purchasing experience
\n\n\nTrain dealers and their staff on product features and benefits to ensure they are well-equipped for successful retail performance
\n\nSupport corporate shows and events along with related dealer activities\n\n
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
\nRequired:
\n\n\n5 plus years of relevant sales experience
\n\n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and problem-solve
\n\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills
\n\n\nInitiative: Demonstrated track record of initiating and successfully implementing projects or ideas
\n\n\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals and departments
\n\n\nPlease note, this position is managing a group of dealers within Arkansas, Tennessee, Missouri, Southern Illinois & Western Kentucky. The selected candidate must reside within the central point of the territory or in one of the following metropolitan cities: St. Louis, MO; Louisville, KY; Jonesboro, AR; Memphis, TN; or Nashville, TN. Travel up to 80% of the time is required.

\n\n\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field (marketing, business administration, sales)
\n\n\nPowersports, marine or automotive industry experience
\n\n\nDealership sales experience
