District Service Lead - Pacific Northwest

The District Service Lead reports to the Regional Service Operations Manager and is responsible to lead the Field Service Team (Technical Specialists) in high density geographies, ensuring service quality for our customers, and to meet and exceed service level agreements across sectors as Hospitality, Food Service, Healthcare, Retail, and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES:

· Manage District service operations, 4-8 technicians

· Manage route density and efficiency, deploying continuous improvement

· Develop sense of urgency and best time response to service requests.

· Planning and execution to deliver high level of compliance with our contracts (Service Level Agreements)

· Develop and maintain an excellent communication with customers.

· Support on field activities, preventative maintenance service calls. Coordinate and support installations during large rollouts.

· Develop skills and capabilities in the team to deliver best in class customer experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· High School diploma with a minimum of 5 years Sales/Service experience in the Institutional business, or Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years Sales/Service experience in the Institutional business.

· MS Office Suite experience

· Valid Driver’s License

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

· Experience selling or servicing to and/or working in Hospitality/Food Service sectors

· Good presentation skills, emphasizing excellence in service achievement

· Willing to be hands on to collaborate in the field as required

· Technical Skills: knowledge (concepts) of Electricity, Mechanical, Hydraulics, Chemistry, Electronics

· Analytics, troubleshooting skills

· Professional attitude, self-motivated

· Interpersonal relationships skills

· Learning on the fly

· Team management skills

The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,750.00 and $85,050.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
