We are seeking a DEI Business Partner for ServiceNow’s STEP (Solutions, Technology, Experience & Product) organisation. This individual will report into the Senior Director of Global DEI and represent the central DEI team to the STEP organisation and support STEP-specific DEI focus areas through specific interventions. This individual will collaborate closely with STEP HR leaders, STEP business leaders, and other Global People Team (HR) organisations to embed DEI perspectives into business strategy and goals.

Design and drive the global STEP DEI strategy and initiatives in alignment with the global STEP talent and business strategy. The STEP organisation is spread across the globe with heaviest presence in the US and India.Analyse data to identify DEI challenges and focus areas, and to measure progress against goals including return on investmentPartner with the STEP HR team and STEP personnel to develop and execute STEP-specific DEI initiatives, while also championing the adoption of company-wide DEI initiatives and programs. Measure and communicate results to show progress towards DEI goals, talent strategy goals, and business goals.Partner with Global People (HR) cross-functional teams including Talent Acquisition, to develop mechanisms to foster more inclusive hiring and culture within STEPRegularly update senior business leaders on progress and impactPlan and deliver work in various formats, including frameworks, self-service tools, in-person activities, presentations, and consultations based on leadership needsQualificationsThis role is best suited for a mid-level DEI or HR practitioner with at least 10 years of work experience.
