Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager

Role Purpose. Supports the development of group-wide Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) policies, processes, frameworks and tools, and ensures that these meet Global Business/Functions/HTS and regulatory requirements.

Main activities:

Communicates, educates and supports the execution of group-wide DEI policies, products and processesAs part of the Group team, supports the global execution of the DEI strategy, and related actions, working to ensure consistent delivery across the BankWorks with of Head of Development to define impacting actions to promote affirmative actions to enable HSBC´s inclusive environmentProvides regular and ad hoc DEI MI and reporting and analysis to the respective Head of Development to track on the effectiveness of the implemented strategySupports committee requirements e.g. GPC, HBMX EXCOSupports specific business/ function/ DBS related DEI initiativesGuides and supports ERGs on their annual action plan to promote inclusive environments across HSBC
