We’re looking for a Diversity & Inclusion Specialist to join our high-performing Learning & Development function within the Energy and Utilities division at Downer.
In this role, you’ll be a key driver in shaping and embedding inclusive practices across an ANZ workforce. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and forward-thinking team that values authenticity, innovation, and impact.
What are we looking for
We’re seeking an experienced D&I professional with demonstrated success in designing and implementing a diversity and inclusion framework within a national organisation. You bring practical insight, strategic thinking, and the ability to turn ideas into action.
