Join us as a Diversity and Inclusion Intern!

 

We’re seeking a motivated intern to support our team with key responsibilities, including managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. This role involves analyzing and interpreting data in Excel to generate actionable insights, as well as contributing to LinkedIn content creation to enhance our brand presence and engagement. About the Intern Program

12 week program with start dates on: May 12 or 19 or June 240 hours per weekMust graduate between December 2025 - May 2027 Responsibilities Help brainstorm and coordinate DEI specific eventsHelp develop and manage social media content for DEIExternal stakeholder relationship management with existing and new partnershipsHelp with NEO (new employee orientation).

***Option to work in Lisle, IL, remote or hybrid***

Minimum Requirements Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
