The NACF Central Ops Organization is looking for a candidate to join the team as a program lead for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts specifically working with the Reliability & Maintenance Engineering (RME) team. Our organization’s mission is to raise the bar on Amazon’s customer experience by delivering holistic solutions that facilitate the effective and efficient movement of products through our supply chain. In this role, you will closely partner with the WW Consumer DEI team to enable the Global DEI strategy and play an instrumental role in building scalable programs and development initiatives to drive a diverse and inclusive culture within the RME team. This PM will regularly engage with the organization’s executive leaders in RME in written form and verbally.
This role will maintain current programs, as well as build others from the bottom up to achieve long-term results and sustained impact.

You will responsible for creating DE&I programs & initiatives that focus on the following pillars:

You will deploy internal / external DEI training solutions to enhance the organizational culture by embedding best in class practices into all leadership, management and soft skills training.

· Influence others without direct authority to achieve solutions to meet RME organization’s objectives
· Motivate, influence and optimize senior leadership, stakeholders and peer groups.
· Clearly and concisely articulate ideas, concepts, and proposals to engage team, peers, and management.

This role will partner with corporate/field operations, central DEI, Learning and Development, Human Resources, and other key stakeholders from the RME L8 Leadership (Rick Wielbruda, Khaled El Dorry, & Govind Singh) to build DEI learning and professional development curriculum. You will deploy innovative solutions to effectively address both organizational and team specific skill gaps.
