Position Summary Under direct supervision, assists with the day-to-day operations of minority student programs and initiativesJob Responsibilities Responsible for updating materials, preparing mailings and providing information regarding program details. Arranges student schedules. Responsible for coordinating travel and housing arrangements for students. Assists with the recruitment of underrepresented minority students. Assists with the coordination of meetings, conferences and events, including equipment set-up and catering services. Drafts proposals. Responsible for disbursement/reimbursement activities as needed. Maintains hard copy and/or electronic files and databases. Ensures the security, accuracy and integrity of records. Generates reports for analysis. Education High School Diploma ExperienceBachelor's degree preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to pay close attention to detail. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
