Basic Function:
  Act as a Diving, ROV, and Vessel Authorised Person / Company Site Representative, supporting the Company Project Team through all phases of the project. Serve both in onshore and offshore roles, providing expert Diving and ROV assistance to the Company (SSB/SSPC) on all assigned projects.
Job Responsibilities:
  Provide expert diving and ROV support to Company project teams during all phases. Ensure diving and ROV operations comply with Company, Malaysian, and international standards (OGP, IMCA). Conduct audits to ensure contractors meet safety and technical requirements for diving and ROV activities. Participate in risk assessments and review operational plans. Verify compliance with approved plans for marine, diving, and ROV operations. Monitor HSE compliance, emergency response plans, and ensure incidents are reported timely. Liaise with project management and technical teams for operational success. Oversee contractor resources, equipment, and daily progress. Ensure diving/ROV equipment and personnel comply with contractual and safety requirements. Capture and report lessons learned after each operation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  Diving qualifications following IOGP411 and 431 standards. Minimum 10 years of commercial diving and management experience. At least 2 years as a qualified diving supervisor/ Diving CSR and 1 year on a Diving DP vessel/barge. Knowledge of industry standards (OGP, IMCA, DMAC, UKHSE) for marine, diving, and ROV operations. Tropical BOSIT / HUET, Travel Safety by Boat, Offshore medical, and Basic H2S certifications. Fluent in written and spoken English. Experience conducting diving and ROV system audits.
