Overview
The Account Executive for Vascular will develop, maintain and promote growth in assigned accounts, in alignment with Division mission, vision and purpose, specialty/program priorities and overall company priorities. This position is a field based position that will cover accounts across Canada.

Responsibilities
Key Focus Areas:
+ Business Development
+ Develop and grow assigned territory through strategic account management
+ Create and implement effective business plans aligned with division goals
+ Drive profitable growth through consultative sales approach
+ Customer Partnership
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers
+ Provide strategic solutions for customer needs
+ Regular engagement with key decision-makers
+ Support contract implementation and supply chain optimization
+ Internal Collaboration
+ Work closely with clinical, pricing, and supply chain teams
+ Coordinate with Commercial Business Team (CBT) stakeholders
+ Support implementation of strategic initiatives
+ Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
+ Minimum 5 years of medical device sales experience
+ Proven track record in healthcare sales
+ Strong analytical and business acumen
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Business Objects

Physical Requirements
• Ability to travel up to 75%
