Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Responsibilities of this group include maintaining strategic client relationships, identifying and closing sales opportunities, ensuring our products meet performance capabilities & expectations, providing critical solutions for improved yield performance, and collecting requirements for future products by understanding customer processes and technology trends. This diverse and dynamic team partners with KLA’s service organization and factory divisions to help ensure alignment between customer needs and corporate offering to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Corporate Sales/Business development team is a team of highly capable individuals with the mission to drive Global Product Group business objectives globally. Key responsibilities include:

Analyze the semiconductor business environment and forecast business opportunities in both short and long termDevelop and define proper business objectives and clearly communicate sales strategy to meet/exceed the objectivesStructure and negotiate business deals that meet the customer's and division's objectives.Understand KLA product technology and customer problem statement to develop sales strategy to do value-sell and maximize ASPNavigate through complex and dynamic selling environment to achieve business objectivesCollaborate closely with multi-functional teams including marketing, engineering, operations and manufacturing to coordinate activities supporting the sales process from tool intro, demo to shipment.Communicate and connect with people at all levels internally and externally.Qualifications required for this role include:Minimum 5 years working experience in semiconductor industryExcellent communication skillsTeam player, can quickly build positive relationshipsHonest, forthright, and consistent.Semiconductor process knowledge and product knowledge is helpful

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
