What You’ll Do:

Conduct a range of assignments derived from the duties and responsibilities of the Senior Vice President, Store Design & Development, Visual MerchandisingCoordinate and manage high-volume calendarsAssist with tasks including but not limited to new hire onboarding, vendor management, supply inventory, facilities management, updating org charts and project schedules (The Development Report), reviewing incoming correspondencePrepare meeting agendas and recapsPrepare, review and categorize correspondence, memoranda, emails; maintain files and financial reportsGather and abstract materials for such events as meetings, conferences and presentationsAdminister travel arrangements (domestic & international) and related travel and entertainment expense reportsArrange work related lunches/dinners for meetings or eventsAssist in the coordination and planning of Capri related events and projectsLiaise with external parties and internal staffAssist with office related errandsParticipate in other activities or projects at the discretion of management

You’ll Need to Have:

Bachelor’s degree1-3 years of administrative support experienceMust be tech savvy and be proficient in MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and WordAdobe Suite proficiency preferredAbility to work in NYC office 3-4x a week (4x preferred)

Compensation Range: 

$44,000.00-$73,000.00
