Execute company standards and initiatives to effectively utilize labor and control variable expense. This includes division/store usage of all labor tools (ELMS/Scheduling), as well as continual improvement of sanitation and sustainability of ecological resources. Develop and achieve division budgets, goals, and strategy/action plans for implementation of company/division labor, scheduling, variable and sustainability initiatives. Responsible for integrity, usage, communication, functionality, training, results and the implementation of all enterprise labor system tools and all aspects of variable expense, sanitation and sustainability. This includes coaching/training of the Operations field specialist, district managers, and store teams. Communicate and influence all levels of leadership throughout the division for labor, scheduling, expense, sanitation and sustainability items. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
