Responsibilities Strategic planning and execution to enhance sales growth, profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the company’s operationsDevelop and lead management of your Champion location to ensure sales growth, targeted profit margins, great customer service, quality installation of products and a culture focused on customer experience, trust, growth mindset and high-performance teamingCollaborate with regional team and departments to ensure that company’s operation, talent, sales and strategic priorities are aligned and deliveringAct as role model, coach, and advocate for great customer and employee experiences- we succeed by enabling our people and holding them accountable for resultsIntroduce and align on best practices and process improvement measures and ensure accountability and alignment with Champion Playbook corporate policies, and government regulationsExecute on forecasted marketing plans, sales strategies for growth and EBIDTACommunicate customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates with marketing and leadership to inform and influence strategies driving successMaintain knowledge and trends in the in-home sales industry Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or related field Minimum 5 years management experience, sales / in-home experience in a business to consumer (B2C) environment required Excellent written and oral communication skills Knowledge of financial documents and general accounting Experience managing Profit and Loss Computer software competencies including Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work standard retail hours including evenings and weekendsProven experience recruiting, developing, and managing high performance teams and creating a culture focused on growth mindset, trust, collaboration and accountability for resultsAbility to understand and execute marketing plan that aligns with company practiceAbility to teach fiscal management and our business/sales modelAbility to plan, develop, and coordinate multiple objectives and achieve objectivesChampion Window is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer
