Overview:

2020 Companies is hiring a Division Manager!

Location: 60% Travel Within Territory, 40% Home Office

Pay: $55,000-$65,000/year  

The Division Manager will manage and lead a geographic division and is accountable for delivery, execution, and the entire team including various levels of management, dedicated administrative support, and field representatives. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective working relationship with the National Manager and delivery departments and meeting regularly with field management to train on leadership skills, and training techniques, and assist with any field escalations.

Job Description:

Coordinate activities of field management to meet and/or exceed regions’ goals and objectives

Responsible for identifying and ensuring resources necessary to meet/exceed sales goals and objectives

Responsible for communicating and managing division-level T&E budget(s)

Motivate, direct, and coordinate activities of the management to meet and/or exceed sales goals and objectives

Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients on division and region levels to align 2020 and client goals

Effectively coach/mentor team members and ensure proper training in management techniques, products, policies, etc.

Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures

Administer and document all counseling and terminations accurately and in a timely manner, while following established procedures

Perform all other duties as assigned

Performance Measurements:

Meet established weekly/monthly productivity goals/quota

Maintain proper headcount in all areas

Customer/client satisfaction based on candidate submission, field activity/objectives, and substantiated complaints

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred

5-8 years of sales experience required

3-5 years of retail and sales management experience required

Extensive retail and/or direct sales management experience required

Exercise operational excellence and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Superior leadership abilities with effective, professional communication and presentation skills

Proven ability to show good judgment and initiative, make decisions and problem-solve

Capable of working autonomously with excellent time management skills

Must be able to travel 50% of the year to various markets across the US and work flexible hours
