Job Description

The Institutional Client Group (ICG) brings a full range of bank products and services to client segments across the U.S. Bank footprint, specifically, those with annual sales of $25 million and above.


The Institutional Client Group cultivates clients’ trust through customized service and access to the bank’s resources and expertise. This one U.S. Bank approach helps companies meet their business needs through expertise in capital markets, credit and financing, payables and receivables, liquidity and investments, and international services. The team also provides access to other financial products and services, available throughout U.S. Bank, that can help middle market and corporate companies work toward their financial and operational goals.


The Division Manager role will oversee Relationship Management teams that cover the Insurance and HOA industry by providing direction, strategic decisions, business decisions, and overall leadership.


Primary focus involves expanding and servicing a variety of large and highly complex loans to customers in the region. Takes a leadership role in all aspects of relationship management, including dedication to customers, quality, accountability, deposit growth, and fee income growth.

QUALIFICATIONS
15+ years of banking experience
BA/MBA in finance, accounting, or other related field, MBA preferred

FINRA licenses required or demonstrated ability to obtain within 6 months of hire (series 63, 79 and 24)

Strong leadership abilities and strategic management skills
Knowledge of unit(s) and relation to industry

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $231,795.00 - $272,700.00 - $299,970.00
