Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesSerial Life Operation:
o Consolidate and review inventory strategic plans and budgets from the all plants and build the inventory bridge or roadmap to achieve budget.
o Control inventory turns and reduce obsolete in all plants .
o Monitor the performance through value-added reporting (Inventory cockpoit ,comments on results, bridge analysis, …) and forecasts reviews for all plants
o Support the Frame&Machnisam plants in analyzing gaps to budget and improvement opportunities using the 8D/QRCI (Quick Response / Continuous Improvement) methodology,
o Define and implement improvement and convergence plans in coordination with operations, transport organization and division.
o Maintain the production system up to date through the deployment of relevant best practices, lessons learnt and new standards.
o Evaluate the sales & operation planning process (S&OP/MPS) in each Frame&Machnisam plant through the “S&OP/MPS Check Sheet” ; Monitor the related KPI and improvement.
o Monitor capacity utilization through the consolidation of the S&OP of the plants ; Participate to workload balancing and make or buy decisions.
o Contribute to the avoidance of crisis by participating to early warning reviews and by coordinating the recovery plans.
o In case of a specific problem in a plant, that cannot be immediately resolved locally, organize short term containment and coordinate support resources.
o When needed, interface with the customers regarding logistics issues.
o Further to logistics alerts raised in the Alert Management System (AMS), review the QRCIs prepared by the Frame&Machnisam plant and validate the Lessons Learnt Sheet (LLS).
o Division FES audit PC&L chapter for frame and Mechnisam plants
o PC&L academy training and delivery workshop for PC&L tools deployment
Costing & Programs:
o Support the Frame& Mechanism acquisition teams with detailed logistics quotes based on the “target cost” approach ; When required, present Faurecia logistics concepts to customers.
o Maintain a financial performance dashboard to measure adherence to Business Plan (IBP) for logistics indicators,
o When needed, participate to CAR/Capex reviews with the Business Group Investment Manager for Frame&Machnisam programs.
o Capitalize logistics know-how across programs ; Deploy new standards and best practices,
o Ensure adherence to budget (hours / travel costs / workload).
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level:
o Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics or Engineering Good computer skills .
