Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesThe role of a Career Development Manager is to manage the development, training, and competencies management of Managers and Professionals within a Division, Business Group or support function, in line with the Group human resources policies and practices. The main missions of the role are to:
Assist operational managers in order to fulfil their staffing needs, facilitating internal mobility and transition or external recruitments and follow-up integration of new employees.Coach and counsel management on HR matters by providing reports, indicators and feedback in order to align organizational decisions and headcount to business needs.Propose medium and long term HR action plans.Ensure that Group management development tools are properly used to promote functional and geographic mobility at Group and Business Group levels.Your profile and competencies to succeed Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have/be:
