What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Responsible for Logistics routine purchases such as coordinating RFQ, RFI, creating and managing purchase orders, perform business intelligence, cost breakdown development/assessment and dealing with strategic purchasing;Lead local and international suppliers relationship to create an environment which drives suppliers to execution excellence;Monitor the worldwide logistics environment such as comercial opportunities and efficiency. Additionally will be part of the support team to identify constraints, provide analysis and opportunities;Strong alignment and communication with stakeholders to understand their needs and create a collaboration environment to develop measurement and reporting mechanisms for appropriate metrics (KPIs, SLA’s, etc.) to be monitored;Continually drive improvement in performance of the suppliers, responsible for rolling out related change management initiatives;Local Regional and Global Procurement alignment regarding purchasing results and initiatives, promoting Benchmarking across the regions;Create and support budgetary matters regarding Logistics;Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Innovative mindset, capacity to think out of the box and ability to see things not as they are but as they could be;Focused on delivery of results through effective planning and solid organizational skills;Ability to work and deliver in changing environments, under limited guidance while adhering to specified deadlines;Understanding of logistics local and global dynamic, as but not limited of knowledge of the economy, dynamics of inflation, labor law, exchange rates;Strong win-win negotiation skill;Excellent project management skills and experiences;Strong data acumen, being able to model and analyze complex data sets;Leadership people and or projects as PMO mindsetAdditional Job DescriptionYour Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
Degree in Engineering, Economy, Administration, Comex, International relation or equivalent experience;Advanced or Fluent EnglishSolid of experience in Purchasing and Logistics organization demonstrating progressive responsibility in roles focused on driving financial results and budget management excellence through the application of analytics, or resource planning;Experience in ensuring compliance with Procurement;What Can Give You A Competitive Edge (Preference Qualifications):
