The Divisional Vice President (DVP) of Store Operations is a key executive leader responsible for driving operational excellence, sales growth, and customer engagement across a division generating over $1 billion in annual revenue and leading a team of 3,000+ employees. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing field "go-to-market" strategies, aligning with brand strategic priorities, and fostering a high-performance culture focused on talent development, operational efficiency, performance excellence and expansion of merchandise and repair services.

Position Summary:The Divisional Vice President (DVP) of Store Operations is a key executive leader responsible for driving operational excellence, sales growth, and customer engagement across a division generating over $1 billion in annual revenue and leading a team of 3,000+ employees. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing field "go-to-market" strategies, aligning with brand strategic priorities, and fostering a high-performance culture focused on talent development, operational efficiency, performance excellence and expansion of merchandise and repair services.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & Execution: Design, develop and execute field go-to-market strategies to support brand initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment between corporate objectives and store execution.Sales & Market Growth: Drive revenue growth by enhancing the customer experience, optimizing merchandise and repair service offerings, and expanding market share.Operational Excellence: Collaborate in the design and development, as well as implement best-in-class operational practices to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability across all locations.Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, purpose driven team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.Customer Experience: Create and execute CX brand operational strategies that elevate service standards to drive customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and long-term value creation.Talent Strategy: Identify, attract, and develop top talent within the organization, ensuring succession planning and leadership pipeline strength that leads to brand growth.Performance Management: Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with corporate leaders in merchandising, marketing, finance, and human resources to ensure strategic alignment and execution excellence.Expansion & Innovation: Identify and execute opportunities to enhance service offerings, optimize store formats, and introduce innovative solutions to maximize sales potential.Qualifications & Experience:10+ years of leadership experience in multi-unit retail operations, preferably in a high-volume environment. Jewelry/Luxury experience preferred.Proven track record of managing high volume revenue and leading large teams in a multi-store or regional capacity.Strong business acumen with expertise in sales growth strategies, operational efficiency, performance excellence and customer engagement.Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Experience in talent development, succession planning, and building a high-performance culture.Ability to influence and drive change in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field experience preferred.Key Competencies:Strategic thinking and problem-solvingLeadership and people developmentCustomer-centric mindsetData-driven decision-makingExecutional excellenceChange management and adaptabilityThis is a career-defining opportunity for a dynamic leader to shape the future of a high-growth, customer-focused retail division. Requires face to face interactionsPosition requires travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes.A flexible working style and an ability to work independently and with teams.Requires hours outside standard working hours (8:30am-5:30pm). Requires flexibility with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
