About the Role

DM Support & Operation Management Professional은 원활한 영업 활동을 위해 현장을 지원하고, 센터 효율 지표 건전성 관리를 지원합니다.

[담당 업무]

1. 센터 운영 및 전략 실행 지원

CM 업무지원영업조직(SVR,TSR)인사 업무, 경조사 지원 및 응대업적 및 생산성 관련 Report작성Campaign 접수 및 유관부서 전달신계약 계속 보험료 관련 업무 및 본사/타센터Communication

2. 준법 및 효율관리

QA, 해피콜, 개인정보 필수 위반사항 모니터링센터 불완전판매 등 관련 교육지원Monthly Clean Desk전담

3.리쿠르팅 업무 지원

신규 위촉자 본사 교육 지원 (교육팀 Communication)스폰서 전산 및 Operation 교육VGM 업무 지원

4. 기타업무

SER Communication스폰서 Report 작성 및 전달벤더 CommunicationVGM 업무

[자격요건]

보험산업에 대한 이해도 보유자적극적인 업무 태도와 원활한 Communication 능력 보유자MS office 활용 능력 우수자

[근무조건]

- 고용형태: 계약직

- 급여 및 복지조건 : 회사 내규에 따름

- 근무지역 : 대구시 중구
 

[전형절차]
