Position Summary: Maintain service and support dock equipment (including dock plates, dock lock systems, and overhead doors) at the customer location in a timely and cost-effective manner so that customer requirements are met. *This is a full time, hourly position. Some overtime may be required based on customer demands.  Principle Duties and Responsibilities: * Drive to customer site, diagnose, trouble-shoot and repair dock equipment including dock plates, trailer restraint systems, and overhead doors and other equipment in accordance with established guidelines and procedures, maintaining positive customer relations. * Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment according to schedule, established procedures, and cost guidelines at customer’s facility. * Complete all required paperwork and time records accurately and completely follow Mobile Tech Procedures as directed by management.            * Account for all parts, materials, tools and consumables used as required. * Drive and work safely in accordance with company and/or customer safety policies and procedures. * Develop and maintain positive, effective working relationships with customers and co-workers. * Maintain the van’s interior equipment, storage devices, service manuals and related documents. * Attend meetings, training classes and other company activities as required. * Keep an adequate set of personal tools as required by the position. * Work with all departments and employees to ensure quality of customer service.   Ideal candidate will possess: -Strong mechanical aptitude & ability; basic knowledge of industrial electricity -Ability to read schematics, diagrams, operation manuals, manufacturer’s specifications Minimum Qualifications: -HS Diploma or GED -At least two (2) years of hands-on technical experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and/or electrical components -Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs -Must be able to climb ladders and/or work on elevated platforms that may be 15’ to 30’ in height   #HEUTECH
