MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo identify, build, and maintain good relationships between doctors and specialists and Mediclinc to grow and develop the business
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASBuild and maintain mutually beneficial stakeholder relationships and manage doctor referrals to the hospital
Manage communications with doctors and referral partners
Ensure that data is transferred into Management Information
Facilitate the establishment and Practice Development for new Doctors
Conduct research on doctor and specialist professional needs
Provide assistance with the sourcing and recruitment of new doctors
Control department budgets / finances
Lead and manage the Doctor Relationship Officer
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Relevant Tertiary qualification
DESIRED EDUCATION: Relevant Degree
REQUIRED EXPERIENCEESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 4 years or more experience in service-oriented environment/operations; Healthcare Relationship Building; Business Retention
DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 5 years or more experience within the healthcare sales industry/business development
