Within CO+I, the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) team is responsible for supporting delivery of datacenter capacity for Microsoft’s cloud business. We have a portfolio of complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-million, multi-year datacenter construction and lease projects with specific safety, quality, schedule, and cost goals. We are seeking an experienced **Document and SharePoint Management Professional** to join the Global Project Controls (GPC) team within CO+I Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC). The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing, executing, and maintaining group processes & policies with regards to all scopes of document management for Global Project Controls and based on industry best practices. As well, these policies and how they are applied to the Global Project Controls SharePoint site and it’s management and maintenance; including auditing access to said document controls systems and locations and ensuring industry standards are met across the team. Finally, this individual will be responsible for developing an Access Management program together with the other Process & Governance points of contact within the operational pillars of Global Project Controls. The ideal candidate should have proficient experience in document management practices and systems, preferably in the construction industry, and have a high level of attention to detail, excellent technical writing skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. The candidate should also be highly collaborative, self-motivated, and have experience using and managing Microsoft SharePoint sites. **This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX, Phoenix, AZ or Washington DC.** Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location. This role is eligible for hybrid, up to 100% from home. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion **Responsibilities** + Develop, maintain, and execute document control processes and policies for all documents generated by the Global Project Controls team. + Monitor and review document control systems, making necessary changes, improvements, and recommendations. + Develop and maintain the Global Project Controls SharePoint site, securities, and access to said site. + Maintain and transition all other Global Project Controls SharePoint sites not part of the central Global Project Controls SharePoint site and coordinate the maintenance with the respective pillar point-of-contact with regards to access and security. + Develop and implement processes and policies to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations with regards to data security and access. + Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring that all necessary document & data security trainings and documents are completed and filed correctly; including security access to tools and documents. + Work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders. + Meet deadlines and complete tasks in a timely manner. + Plan, manage, and execute multiple, time-sensitive projects with competing priorities. + Embody Microsoft’s Culture (https://jobs.careers.microsoft.com/logout?lang=en\_us) and Values (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/about) **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development + OR equivalent experience. + 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. + Experience using and managing Microsoft SharePoint sites. + Experience applying the broad principles and best practices of Document Control and Technical Writing. **Other Requirements:** + Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: + Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. **Preferred Qualifications:** + 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. + Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development + OR equivalent experience. + Ability to build positive relationships and develop support from a wide variety stakeholder including EPC commercial partners. + Ability to drive constant innovation, improve cycles and lean principles while bringing constructive tension and challenge mindset. + Advanced Word, Visio, and Power Point skills. + Excellent technical writing skills. + High level of attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines with excellent quality deliverables. + Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment dealing with multiple stakeholders and accuracy oriented. + Adapt to new processes as the business evolves. Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
