High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution preferred

This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status.  ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

Attention to detail and strong communication skills are required.  Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is desired or have a background working with machinery.  Prefer previous hands-on experience using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers and reading blueprints.

Responsible for maintaining production documentation, to include reviewing for completeness, filing, revising, and storing as required per company policy.   Work closely with shop employees and fellow technicians to support production and quality team members.

Ability to read and interpret procedures, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with all company and customer requirements. Basic involvement with NADCAP audit preparation as required. Communication with customers and suppliers as required. Perform other duties as required.
