Hybrid - 1 day in office
This position plays a critical role in ensuring that the accuracy and quality of loan related portfolio documents are maintained and will require interactions across functions. This role will work directly with VP, Document Control with the document management activities across CRE operations/portfolios. This role will ensure the established document control process is being adhered to across the company.
Essential Job Functions:
+ Administer, maintain, and monitor the company's document control activities
+ Organize, maintain, and update electronic filing system
+ Retrieve and organize information from files promptly
+ Provide input to and revise instructions for document processing
+ Maintain, transmit, receive, record, and distribute mail correspondence and documentation according to established procedures
+ Ensure that the confidentiality of sensitive information is protected
+ Assist with document revisions to maintain compliance with company standards and procedures
+ Prepare, track, review, and enter data into data management system
+ Develop processes and workflows for managing document life cycles
+ Responsible for operating within established policies and procedures, as well as maintaining compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements
+ Conduct training and development of company employees in Document Management processes
+ Exercise discretion and independent judgment in decision making activities
+ Other activities as may be assigned by your manager
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Experienced professional with 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at a Senior Analyst or Analyst level role or external equivalent.
+ Experience with scripting to sort and organize metadata, spreadsheets, MS Access preferred
+ Experience working at a loan servicing company preferred
+ Experience with large document migrations across systems preferred
+ Experience with workflows (developing, maintaining) preferred
+ Good understanding of Document Management principles including the importance of secure transmissions, quality assurance, classifications, storage, accessibility controls
+ Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and its administration
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Outlook, PPT, Access, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint
+ Ability to follow document management processes and audit processes for effectiveness
+ Excellent technical skills and ability to learn new skills and software in a timely manner
+ Excellent organizational skills
+ Ability to manage competing priorities
+ Capable of completing tasks without constant supervision
+ Experience working in a team environment, including onshore and offshore teammates
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Good analytical skills and ability to critically think and resolve conflicts from information gathered

The annual full time base salary range for this role is
$65,000.00 - $85,000.00
Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
