What You Will Be Doing:As the Document Control Coordinator for Yancey Engineered Solutions, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the document control processes and systems within our organization.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities: Manage and maintain documents. Ensure all documents are properly stored and easily accessible. Maintain document version control and ensure the latest versions are available. Coordinate with various departments to ensure document accuracy and completeness. Provide support during internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. Train staff on document control procedures and systems. Develop and implement document control policies and procedures. Monitor and track document review and approval processes. Generate reports on document control activities and status. Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner. Additional duties as assigned by manager. Education/Experience: The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. 1+ years of document control experience. Required Qualifications/Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of regulatory standards related to document control (e.g., ISO 9001). Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite Environmental Job Requirements:Environment: Most of your time is spent sitting. Typically works in a temperature controlled office. Possible noise and vibrations carried over from the shop.
Physical:
Will require appropriate Personal Protection Equipment to be worn when in a shop environment.Travel:
