Freese and Nichols is currently searching for a Document Control Specialist at the San Antonio International Airport (SAT) Terminal Development Program. Under general supervision of the Senior Program Administrator, the Document Control Specialist maintains, indexes, updates and retrieves current and historical information from records, technical reports, and periodicals upon request; maintains records management systems; assists in the inventory of records and the development of records retention schedules. Supports clients by using online databases to research strategic information.
5+ years’ experience with Teams and SharePointPreferred experience with PrimeLink or similar Oracle based project management systemsExperience with construction documentation. QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications: Completion of high school curriculum or equivalent. Two (2) years of responsible clerical experience. Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.Preferred Experience/Qualifications: Associates degree. Experience with construction documentation.
