Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Document Control Specialist to manage and oversee document control processes, including the processing of engineering change orders and requests. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring compliance with AS 9100 standards. You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure proper documentation and report directly to the VP of Engineering.
ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee document control processes.Process engineering change orders and requests.Ensure compliance with AS 9100 standards.Work closely with the engineering team to ensure proper documentation.Support the engineering department.Write and edit documents as needed.Essential SkillsExperience with document control.Knowledge of AS 9100 standards.Experience with PPM, Agile, or any PDM tools.Experience processing engineering change orders and engineering requests.Strong attention to detail.Experience with data entry and SOPs.Additional Skills & Qualifications7-10 years of experience in documentation control, ideally 10-15 years.Must be a team player and willing to help others.Experience working with the engineering department to create a fluid work environment.Work Environment
