**Job Description:** + Prepares and/or maintains documentation pertaining to programming, systems operation and user documentation. + Translates business specifications into user documentation. + Plans, writes, and maintains systems and user support documentation efforts, including online help screen. + Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. + Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. + Works under immediate supervision. + Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. + Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + Must have intermediate understanding of/experience using Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook and ProjectWise DMS or similar Document Management System. + Must have effective planning and organizational skills, with the ability to follow directions with a high degree of accuracy. + Must be dependable by meeting deadlines, working independently, accountable for work, maintains focus, punctual, and a good attendance record. + Must have problem solving skills, to strives to understand contributing factors, works to resolve complex situations with appropriate management. **Education:** + May require an associate's degree in a related area and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
